Developed over an intensive 18-month research period, it is a cornerstone of a Master's thesis at Hyper Island, within the acclaimed MA in Digital Management program. Far from being just an academic exercise, this framework has been meticulously tested and refined in real-world scenarios, proving its effectiveness in steering through the ever-changing digital landscape.

At the core of our methodology is the establishment of an internal and cros-functional team of futures thinkers and doers. We call this team the Futures Ambassadors. This team will develop strong futures literacy and help spreading futures literacy throughout your organization. The team is lead by a Futures Facilitator.
