Hands-on AI training for leaders and specialist teams · Any platform · Copenhagen
Applied Futures helps organisations go from AI awareness to AI practice. We start with the leaders, train specialist teams on their own work, and stay embedded until the capability is theirs. Then we leave.
01 · Principles
Leadership has to understand what AI can do before it can lead the change. The people doing the work have to redesign it themselves. Six principles guide every engagement. These three decide whether it works.
— 01
The leaders who will own AI use it before anyone else is asked to. Phase 1 of every programme is theirs.
— 02
You practise on your own tasks, in your own tools. You leave with something running, not an example to translate.
— 03
We work inside your teams until they can run it without us. What we build stays with you.
02 · How an engagement runs
We meet teams where they are and push practice forward from there. Every engagement follows the same three steps, whichever phase you are in.
01 · Start
A leader session, a pilot workshop, or a meetup hosted at your office.
02 · Prove
Workshops with domain experts. Interviews and an AI readiness report. Townhalls.
03 · Expand
An ambassador programme, ongoing sparring, forward-deployed build.
A full programme, in four phases. Each bought on its own.
Phase 1 · 4 weeks
Leaders first
Phase 2 · 1–2 months
Rollout to everyone
Phase 3 · Scaling
Team by team
Phase 4 · Foundation
AI-native company

04 · Who it's for
Most organisations we work with already have the tools. What is missing is the shared practice, from the leadership team down to each specialist. That gap is where we work.

05 · Community
Tools without capability is the gap, and that’s where most consultancies stop.
A workshop builds the foundation. Community is what makes it stick. The meetups, the Slack, the events exist so the people we work with stay connected to each other, and to a wider field of practitioners doing the same work.
Weekly, across Denmark. Free, expert-led evenings.
Peer learning between meetups. Patterns, questions, work in progress.
Talks and hands-on sessions across the wider Claude community calendar.
06 · Upcoming
As Anthropic Community Ambassadors, we host and curate sessions through the global Claude Community. Free, hands-on, limited in size.
07 · From the room
“An instructive and inspiring day, with two skilled and engaged instructors who clearly have a passion for their field.”
