Impact Labs are intensive co-creation sprints where your team works alongside our experts to build real, deployable internal tools. Not slide decks. Not prototypes that gather dust. Working software that solves a real problem in your organisation.

We bring the AI engineering expertise and facilitation. You bring the domain knowledge and the problem. Together, we ship something meaningful in three days.

How it works

  • Day 1: Problem framing, use case prioritisation, architecture design
  • Day 2: Hands-on building with AI-assisted development
  • Day 3: Refinement, testing, internal demo and handover

  • A working internal tool or workflow, deployed and documented
  • Source code and architecture documentation for your team
