Bootcamps.

Open-enrolment, one-day intensives. Hands-on with Claude Code at two depths — your first agent, or production-grade patterns for builders who’ve shipped.

Two formats.

Pick the depth. Same teachers, same operating-manual approach.

01 · Claude Code for Everyone

Your first agent, by lunch.

For builders who haven't run an agent yet. Set up Claude Code, learn the operating-manual pattern (CLAUDE.md), and ship a working prototype before the day is out. No prior agentic experience expected.

1 day · open enrolment

02 · Claude Code Advanced

From prototype to production.

For builders who've already shipped with Claude Code. Agentic engineering patterns, MCP integrations, autonomous loops, and the team-scale operating manuals the 5% of teams use to scale AI work.

What you’ll learn.

Specific topics, per format. Not slides — topics you build with on the day.

Claude Code for Everyone

  • Setup: desktop app + CLI, signed in and ready
  • Your first agent loop — plan, build, ship
  • Writing a useful CLAUDE.md from scratch
  • Working with files: docs, spreadsheets, PDFs, code
  • Research, writing, and automation workflows
  • Reusable skills and prompts
  • Saving lessons so the agent doesn't repeat mistakes

Claude Code Advanced

  • MCP integrations: Linear, GitHub, your own data
  • Spec-driven workflows and plan-mode gates
  • Sub-agents and parallel work
  • Autonomous loops — the RALPH pattern
  • Project memory — JUMBO-style event streams
  • Team-scale CLAUDE.md, SKILL.md, AGENTS.md
  • Avoiding the 95% — what the 5% do differently

Your teachers.

Two people in the room with you, building alongside.

How the day runs.

Four short loops. No lectures.

01 Setup

Tools that just work.

Doors at 09:30. Console accounts checked, Claude Code installed, your scenario chosen by 10:00. No fighting with your environment.

02 Patterns

What the 5% actually do.

Operating manuals, plan-mode loops, skill files, lessons.md. The exact patterns that scaled inside the teams who made it stick.

03 Build

Hands on your real problem.

Half the day is you building, with help when you're stuck and a peer next to you working through the same kind of thing.

04 Ship

Working prototype, working manual.

Demo in the room before we wrap. You leave with both running on your laptop — and a small group you'll keep building with.

What you take home.

Things you can use Monday morning. Not certificates.

01 Operating manual

Your CLAUDE.md, started.

An embarrassingly short manual you can commit to your most important repo before you leave the room. Build, test, hard rules, one ritual.

02 Prompt & skill library

Tested, not theoretical.

Prompts and reusable skills that worked for the scenarios you brought, paired with the ones that didn't and a one-line lesson on each.

03 Hands-on reps

Hours, not minutes.

The day is built around the practice loop. Most of it is you, building, with help when you're stuck and a peer next to you for the same.

04 Peer network

Builders, not strangers.

The cohort is the durable part. You leave with people you'd Slack about a stuck workflow tomorrow, not just a slide deck.

Before you arrive.

Ten minutes the day before. Saves an hour day-of.

01 Console

An Anthropic account.

Pro, Team, or Max on console.anthropic.com. We can't issue credits for bootcamps; you'll use your own.

02 Claude Code

Installed and signed in.

See install steps at code.claude.com. Test it once before you arrive so we can spend the day building, not configuring.

03 Laptop

Mac, Windows, or Linux.

Make sure you can install CLI tools — that means admin rights, or a working way around them.

04 One real problem

From your week.

A coding question, a writing job, a research task — something you'd actually want to solve. The day is built around it.

Questions.

The short answers. Reach out if anything else.

Do I need coding experience?
Claude Code for Everyone: no — we'll set you up from scratch and you'll ship something that works by the end of the day. Claude Code Advanced: yes — you should have already shipped something with Claude Code; the day assumes that baseline.
How big are the cohorts?
Capped to keep the room hands-on. Each Luma event page lists the seat count for that cohort — book early when a date matters.
What's included?
Coffee, lunch, drinks, and the full materials (operating-manual template, prompt library, skill files). Sign-up and payment go through Luma, so the day's logistics stay simple.
Where is it?
Matrikel1, Copenhagen — or a similar venue announced per cohort. In-person only for now; we'll add online cohorts when there's demand.
Can I cancel?
Refunds and rescheduling are handled by Luma per their standard terms — check the event page when you book.

Hear about the next cohort.

Who it's for.

Anyone who wants Claude Code to make them faster at their actual job. Project managers, consultants, analysts, lawyers, researchers, marketers, strategists, founders — and engineers, designers, and PMs too. Claude Code for Everyone is genuinely role-agnostic; Claude Code Advanced assumes you’ve already shipped with Claude Code.

Cohorts are capped to keep the room hands-on. The cohort itself is half the value.
