What a single day here is actually worth.
Your organisation's AI trajectory is set by your judgment, and judgment can't be delegated.
Judgment, not hype
A day of honest, off-the-record calibration with people who run this daily. No vendor gloss.
A peer room you can't book
90 senior leaders wrestling the same decisions, off the record, at eye level.
Leave with the plan
You walk out holding your own 90-day adoption roadmap, pressure-tested in the room.
Who it's for.
Built for one audience, not everyone at once.
- Founders, executives, and senior leaders setting the AI direction for their organisation.
- Decision-makers who need judgment about AI, not necessarily hands on the keyboard.
- Leaders preparing board narratives, strategy, and governance for the AI shift.
- Anyone accountable for whether AI adoption actually lands across their teams.
What you'll walk out able to do.
Real capabilities, built on your own work during the day. The full agenda, including the four guest presenters, is announced shortly before each event.
Strategy Memos
Use Claude to pressure-test strategy and write sharper, faster memos.
Board Prep
Turn scattered inputs into board-ready narratives and decks.
Governance
Set sensible, practical guardrails for AI use across your organisation.
90-day Roadmap
Leave with a concrete plan for the next quarter of AI adoption.
How the day runs.
The structure of the day. Module topics and guest presenters are announced shortly before each event.
08:00
Check-in & breakfast
Doors open. Coffee, breakfast, and a seat next to people working on the same kind of thing you are.
09:00
Morning modules
Hands-on learning modules, with guest presenters woven in. The full agenda is announced shortly before the event.
12:00
Lunch
A proper break, together. The conversations here are half the value of the day.
13:00
Afternoon modules
Deeper hands-on modules and more guest presenters, building on your own real work, with help when you're stuck.
16:00
Demo hour
The room shows what it built. Short, honest demos: working things, not slides.
17:00
Cocktails & Networking
We wrap the programme and pour something. Stay, compare notes, and leave with people worth keeping in touch with.

Before you arrive.
Ten minutes the day before. Saves an hour day-of.
01

You set or shape AI direction for a team, function, or company.
02
A live question
A current strategic decision or roadmap you're wrestling with.
03
A laptop
An Anthropic account is helpful but not required. We keep the tooling light.
Questions.
The short answers. Reach out if anything else.
- Do I need coding experience?
- No. This day is about judgment, strategy, and governance. The hands-on parts stay light and decision-focused.
- How big are the cohorts?
- Capped to keep the room hands-on. Each Luma event page lists the seat count for that cohort. Book early when a date matters.
- What's included?
- Coffee, lunch, drinks, and the full materials (operating-manual template, prompt library, skill files). Sign-up and payment go through Luma, so the day's logistics stay simple.
- Where is it?
- Matrikel1, Copenhagen, or a similar venue announced per cohort. In-person only for now; we'll add online cohorts when there's demand.
- Can I cancel?
- Refunds and rescheduling are handled by Luma per their standard terms. Check the event page when you book.
