By accessing or using Applied Futures services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
In these terms, “Applied Futures”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Applied Futures ApS (CVR 46632346), a company registered in Denmark with its address at Matrikel1, Højbro Plads 10, DK-1200 København K.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Applied Futures cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
The content, features, and functionality of Applied Futures services are owned by Applied Futures and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
By posting content on Applied Futures, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services.
Access to certain services may require payment. All fees are exclusive of taxes. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Refunds may be available as described in our refund policy.
Applied Futures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
