This workshop will change your perception of users. Participants will undergo a paradigm shift in understanding user engagement through "User Ecosystem Thinking." This introductory session then explores how users might evolve in the future. Then, we apply these insights to our Applied Futures Framework. The focus is on rethinking current perceptions of users, projecting their future needs and behaviors, and integrating these insights into present-day strategies. This workshop is intended to broaden perspectives on user interaction, blending foresight with practical application in design and strategy.
