Learning objectives
By the end, participants can:
- Sequence the decisions that precede day one: platform, seats, policy, champion
- Identify a team's three to five recurring deliverables and build shared context for each, on any assistant
- Write one-line templates a colleague can use without having been in the room
- Manufacture a specific, measurable proof and convert one drowning colleague before the wider rollout
- Run the rollout loop (announce with a result, seed by direct message, change something the same day) and the rituals that keep it alive
- Define the champion role and the adoption measures they report on
What's in this module
9 lessons · 6 exercises · ~10 min reading
Starts withWhy adoption fails~1 minExecutive summary
You will learn a five-day rollout playbook that works on any of the four assistants, built around recurring deliverables rather than general enthusiasm. End state is a shared brief library for your team's three most frequent deliverables, one blind-usable template each, a captured before-and-after, a named first convert, and a rollout plan with rituals that survive week six. After this module you can choose the platform and seats, set policy, build the shared context your assistant needs, manufacture the wow moment, run the announce-seed-feedback loop, and hand the champion role to someone who will keep it going.
