After this module you can identify your team's recurring deliverables, load Projects with the right context, manufacture the wow moment, and run the announce-seed-feedback rollout loop.
Learning objectives
- Set up a Claude Team workspace with the right seat types
- Identify the team's 3 to 5 recurring deliverables and build one shared Project per deliverable
- Load each Project with the right context only (gold-standard example, background docs, instructions)
- Create one-line prompt templates so teammates never face a blank chat
- Run the adoption sequence: build, prove, convert one person, roll out, collect feedback
