ChatGPT Projects
People who run the same kind of work every week and keep rebuilding the context for it in a blank chat
Prerequisites: Module 301 (ChatGPT 101) and Module 302 (Custom Instructions and Memory) or equivalent experience

Learning objectives
By the end, participants can:
- Explain what a Project holds and how it differs from a chat and from a GPT
- Decide when a Project is the right container and when a plain chat is enough
- Build a Project with files, instructions and the right memory setting
- Run the files-as-context habit: material in the Project, a short prompt in the chat
- Share a Project and explain what project-only memory does to it
What's in this module
7 lessons · 5 exercises · ~7 min reading
Starts withWhat a Project is~1 minExecutive summary
You will learn what a Project is in ChatGPT, what it holds (files, instructions, chats, memory), when a Project beats a chat, and how to make files the context instead of your prompts. End state is one real Project for a recurring piece of your work, with the right files in it, instructions that change behaviour, and a short prompt you can reuse every week. After this module you can stop re-briefing ChatGPT, choose the right memory setting for a Project, and share a Project with a team without leaking your personal context.
