Last verified 2026-09-17

Learning objectives

By the end, participants can:

  1. Identify which assistant their organisation's productivity suite already includes, and what it does and does not cover
  2. Distinguish consumer plans from business and enterprise plans on data terms, and say why that matters more than price
  3. Match each assistant's strengths to the task types that dominate their own team's week
  4. Fill in a comparison matrix for their own organisation from vendor pages, not from memory
  5. Design a 30-day trial with a defined cohort, tasks, and a decision rule

Executive summary

You will learn how to choose between Claude by Anthropic, Gemini by Google, ChatGPT by OpenAI, and Microsoft 365 Copilot by Microsoft for an organisation, starting from what you already pay for rather than from benchmark tables. End state is a comparison matrix filled in for your own organisation and a 30-day trial protocol you can run next month. After this module you can explain the difference between consumer and business data terms, say which assistant your suite already gives you, name the task types where each tends to win, and decide when running two side by side is the honest answer.
