Claude as Your Computer.

You will learn how Claude operates your computer directly, and how to set that up without giving away the keys. End state is a safely configured computer-use setup with sensitive apps denied, your phone paired, and one supervised task completed. After this module you can assign desktop tasks from your phone, schedule unattended recurring jobs, and apply hard boundaries around credentials and irreversible actions.

1. Enable computer use and browser use safely, including app-level denials
2. Pair the phone app with the desktop (dispatch) and assign tasks remotely
3. Write computer-use prompts for multi-step web workflows
4. Set up a scheduled task that runs unattended
5. Apply sensible safety boundaries (password managers denied, financial actions excluded, review before send)
