Cowork + Projects

Intermediate

Cowork users running the same workflows repeatedly

Prerequisites: Module 03

Last verified 2026-06-11

Executive summary

You will learn how Projects give Cowork persistent memory, standing instructions, and scheduled tasks. End state is one live Project wrapped around a real recurring workflow, with memory verified across two sessions. After this module you can stop re-explaining context between sessions, run "build on last week's" requests, and schedule recurring deliverables that produce themselves.

Learning objectives

  1. Explain what a Cowork Project adds: persistent memory, instructions, dedicated folder, scheduled tasks
  2. Create a Project from scratch, from an imported browser Project, or from an existing folder
  3. Write short, effective Project instructions
  4. Set up one scheduled task tied to a Project
  5. Know the current limits: local only, no team sharing, usage cost
