People in a Microsoft 365 organisation who have been told "you have Copilot now" and are not sure which one

Learning objectives
By the end, participants can:
- Tell the four Copilots apart (Microsoft 365 Copilot (the add-on licence inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Teams), Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat (included with eligible Microsoft 365 subscriptions), the consumer Microsoft Copilot app in Windows and Edge, and GitHub Copilot) and say which one they hold a licence for
- Read the in-product tier label (Copilot Chat (Basic), Microsoft 365 Copilot (Basic), Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium)) and explain what it means for what Copilot can see
- Explain work grounding versus web grounding (web data for every tier; Microsoft Graph and Work IQ organisational data only with the Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium) add-on, with Work IQ switchable on or off) and pick the right one for a task
- Complete a first useful task with their own material and iterate on the result
- Name the three beginner traps: the wrong Copilot, ungrounded confidence, and asking instead of giving

You will learn which of the four things called Copilot you actually have, what each can see, and how to get a first useful result out of the one in front of you. End state is a Copilot Chat session grounded on your own material, one real task completed and checked, and a written note of which Copilot you are licensed for. After this module you can name the four Copilots, read the label in the corner of the chat, choose work or web grounding on purpose, iterate on a result, and avoid the three mistakes that account for most early disappointment.
