Learning objectives

By the end, participants can:

  1. Choose between Business and Enterprise for a given organisation, and explain the seat model (Standard $25 per user per month ($20 annual), Premium $125 per user per month ($100 annual), two-seat minimum, 200-seat maximum)
  2. Describe the workspace admin surface (profile icon > Workspace settings, with General, Members, Groups, Permissions & roles, Models, GPTs, Apps, Workspace analytics and Identity & access) and the decisions that belong in week one
  3. State the data and training defaults (excluded from training by default on Business, Enterprise and Edu) and what changes them
  4. Set an adoption baseline from workspace analytics (Workspace settings > Workspace analytics, or chatgpt.com/admin/usage) and impact surveys
  5. Place OpenAI Academy's pathways (Foundations (AI Foundations, Applied AI Foundations, Agents and Workflows), Codex (Get Started with Codex, Extend Codex Workflows, Scale Codex Across Governed Teams and Systems), API (five courses), plus the standalone AI Leadership course) in a training plan without overselling them
  6. Write a 90-day plan with owners, gates and a stop condition

Executive summary

You will learn how to roll ChatGPT out across an organisation: which plan (Business (Standard or Premium seats), Enterprise, Edu), what the workspace admin surface controls, where the data and training defaults sit, how to measure adoption with what OpenAI provides, what OpenAI's training and certification landscape offers your people, and a 90-day plan that survives contact with a real company. End state is a plan choice with reasons, a first-week admin checklist, a measurement baseline you can defend, and a 90-day plan with owners. After this module you can answer the four questions every rollout meeting opens with (which plan, is our data safe, who can do what, how will we know it worked), and run the first quarter without inventing governance on the fly.
