Learning objectives

By the end, participants can:

  1. Find and read the usage report on their own assistant, and say what "active" means on it
  2. Take a time-saved baseline on named deliverables before or shortly after a rollout
  3. Collect three quality signals that stop a speed story from hiding an accuracy problem
  4. Describe what good adoption looks like at three, six and twelve months
  5. Build the one-page scorecard and defend each line on it
  6. Name and refuse the vanity metrics that make a rollout look better than it is

Executive summary

You will learn what the admin dashboards on all four assistants actually measure, how to take a time-saved baseline that survives a finance review, which quality signals to collect, and what good looks like at three, six and twelve months. End state is a one-page adoption scorecard for your organisation with a baseline, targets by horizon, and the three vanity metrics you have agreed never to report. After this module you can read your vendor's usage report without being misled by it, run the monthly time-saved check in under an hour, and tell the difference between people chatting and people delivering.
